On Monday, February 20th please begin accessing your account online at www.charterbank.net. Below is some very important information regarding your Online Banking & Bill Pay access.
- Your username will be your Social Security Number without any dashes. You will be required to change your username upon your initial log in.
- Your initial password will be the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number. You will be required to change your password upon your initial log in.
- You will be required to read and accept the Electronic Fund Disclosure.
- If you currently have Bill Pay, you will be able to access your Bill Pay account by clicking on the Bill Pay icon..
